<p>Gone are the days of games with small level maps and a handful of NPCs. As games become more complex the requirements placed on the AI systems also grows significantly larger. Furthermore, AI techniques are increasingly being used in many other parts of the game engine, and the high levels of indirection that are common in AI code can be notoriously difficult to optimize.</p>

<p>This masterclass will be presented by industry veterans Matthew Jack and Philip Dunstan discussing the engineering of high-performance AI code. Aimed at beginners to intermediate level developers, you'll discover about common mistakes that can negatively impact AI performance. You'll also learn about a checklist of important concepts that you should think about during development, and then delve deeply into a couple of common AI algorithms to understand the effects that these design and coding decisions have on performance.</p><br /><p><b>People</b>: Matthew Jack and Philip Dunstan</p>

    Hi Ferrellwa

Sorry about that, did you get in in the end? If not then you can view the unedited replay on the events page if you have a plus or premium account.

    Thanks

I read the time-zone wrong, so I was in the lobby 3 hours before the event started. At least I know I was early, haha.

    Default Replay link not working?

Is it just me having problems with the replay, or is the ID not quite right?
Spreed says the URL is either incomplete or incorrect.

I see that sometimes too. When it happens, just click OK, enter whatever name in the field and click the button. You should now see a replay button with a green arrow.
